Failed login :  we are having trouble connecting to your account

i'm trying to log in in outlook 2013, i've put my email and password correctly but it always "we have trouble to connecting to your account" i try to log in in my email provider it works with password and email that i put in outlook

can you solved my problem?

Hi Kevin,

What type of email account do you use (POP, IMAP, MAPI or Exchange) in Outlook? Do you mean the webmail portal by "log in in my email provider..."?

I would suggest you first verify whether you've entered the correct account settings, for example server name, port, etc. You should check with your email service provider if you are not sure about the settings.
